Financial Services Public Affairs Specialist

We are working with a leading alternative Asset Management Group that focuses on creating positive economic impacts globally. This company oversees in excess of $881 billion in assets under management, including investment vehicles in private equity, real estate, public debt and equity, infrastructure, and growth equity. Our client is seeking a Financial Services Public Affairs Specialist with exceptional interpersonal and writing skills to join their dynamic Global Public Affairs Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with business teams on transaction communications and strategic communications plans.
- Contribute to internal communications content and develop knowledge of the company's businesses, products, and competitors.
- Support identifying media opportunities, responding to media enquiries, and building media relationships.
- Research, edit, and proofread media materials.
- Collaborate with vendors on special projects, such as content creation for marketing purposes.
- Experience in Public Affairs, with a focus on Financial Services clients.
- Strong writing skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate complex technical subjects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
