Assistant Finance and Planning Business Partner - Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Business Partner to join our team, supporting the financial management of our corporate services. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality strategic financial leadership and customer-focused financial support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver robust financial monitoring, forecasting, and planning.
  • Provide financial leadership and guidance to senior service leads.

Requirements:

  • CCAB passed finalist or part-qualified accountant actively studying towards professional accountancy qualification.
  • In-depth knowledge of finance disciplines, including workforce and service planning.

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional development and a collaborative work environment. As a bilingual organization, we welcome applications from candidates who can converse in Welsh and/or English. We operate across Wales and the UK, so flexibility to travel is essential.
