About the JobWe are seeking a talented Director of Marine Conservation to lead our efforts in promoting sustainable seafood practices and advancing ocean conservation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to safeguard our oceans and ensure the long-term sustainability of marine ecosystems.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ocean conservation and sustainable seafood assessments, as well as a strong understanding of the social and economic factors influencing human interactions with the ocean. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to make a meaningful contribution to ocean conservation and earn an estimated annual salary of £65,000 - £85,000.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of strategies to promote sustainable seafood practices
- Conduct research to inform our work on ocean conservation and sustainable seafood assessments
