About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trading Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital trading team, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day trading of our websites, managing reporting of daily/weekly/monthly/annual trade, and providing detailed analysis of key business drivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute day-to-day trading of our websites, under the guidance of the Digital Trading Manager
  • Manage reporting of daily/weekly/monthly/annual trade, providing detailed analysis of key business drivers and feeding into action plans to ensure sales and contribution targets are met
  • Utilise available resources, analysing seasonal sales patterns to maintain commercial awareness, reporting on key competitors and customer behaviour
  • Oversee and report on the weekly content for site changes, campaigns, promotions and brand partner updates
  • End-to-end management of all critical paths for campaign and promotional activity, including awareness of upcoming activities
  • Ensure communication of product & trading strategies to all digital marketing and optimisation teams
  • Assist with coordinating evergreen and seasonal content requirements to drive SEO, customer engagement and conversion
  • Manage process of improving product content, supporting teams to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to optimise sales
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar digital role such as an Ecommerce Manager, Ecommerce Executive or Online Merchandiser in a retail or consumer brand
  • Advanced Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel user
  • Analytical with strong reporting skills and attention to detail
  • Independent, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Valid working rights for the UK countries
