Job Title: Quality Technician

Acorn by Synergie is seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician to join our team. As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to improve product quality and reduce defects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on quality control activities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Recognized engineering apprenticeship with relevant qualifications.
  • Quality auditing qualification preferable.
  • Related engineering background with knowledge of metal cutting, assembly techniques, and mechanical devices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good computer and general literacy skills.
