We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team and support the delivery of multiple projects across Devon and Cornwall. As a key member of our site team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Manager in overseeing and delivering multiple projects up to £3m
  • Coordinate with the site team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Provide administrative and technical support, including site supervision, coordination of subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
  • Assist in preparing and submitting project reports to the Site Manager and other stakeholders
  • Help in the preparation of method statements and risk assessments

Requirements:

  • SSSTS/ SMSTS certification
  • CSCS certification
  • Valid driving license
