Job Title: Site Agent

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join our team on the Network Rail CP7 Framework in the South West.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading rail contractor on various civils and rail station improvement projects. As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects, managing site operations, and collaborating with the project team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site operations, including health and safety, quality control, and logistics
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project plans
  • Ensure compliance with Network Rail standards and regulations
  • Manage and coordinate site resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues
Requirements:
  • PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification
  • Degree or HNC in Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience in rail station build projects, preferably on major station build projects such as Crossrail or NWR station improvement packages
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle for travel to remote locations
