Assistant Site Manager Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at RGB Recruitment. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites, working closely with the Site Manager to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor quality and delivery on site, ensuring that all work meets the required standards.
  • Manage and coordinate trades and deliveries, ensuring that all materials and equipment are delivered on time and in the correct quantities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trades, customers, and external agents, providing excellent communication and customer service.
  • Contribute to the development of site plans and schedules, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the Site Manager to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring that all projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • CSCS card and First Aid certification.
  • Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
  • Good knowledge of NHBC standards and regulations.
  • Strong regard for Health and Safety, with a commitment to ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ambitious and wanting to progress, with a desire to become a Site Manager in the future.
