About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the DS Smith site in Redditch, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual who would enjoy working in a sales and customer environment as a Sales Apprentice.
During this 18-month Apprenticeship programme, in addition to the academic learning, you will gain hands-on sales experience by assisting and working with the Sales, Customer Service, Design, Commercial, and wider site teams in many areas, including:
- contacting customers to understand their packaging requirements
- raising enquiries
- dealing with customer queries
- liaising with the relevant teams to ensure enquiries and orders are processed swiftly and efficiently
A successful Apprenticeship can potentially lead to a variety of roles within the business, in Sales, Design, or Customer Service.
Whilst you will be based at a site, you will be part of the wider DS Smith team, supporting and working towards excellence in Sales and Customer Service.
A competitive Apprenticeship starting salary is offered, with incremental increases as you progress through your training. You will also receive the support of course tutors, workplace coaches, and mentors to help you along the way and enable you to develop your skills and potential.
