The Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Quality will be responsible for driving the strategic and operational performance of our manufacturing quality control and business development operations. This role will involve leading a team to deliver innovative solutions for our industrial/manufacturing operations in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the manufacturing quality control and business development departments.
  • Lead a team to ensure operational excellence in all manufacturing processes.
  • Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the company.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Facilitate business growth through effective business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
  • Develop and manage budget plans for respective departments.
  • Report on department performance to senior management.

Requirements

A successful Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Quality should have:

  • A strong background in manufacturing and quality control.
  • Experience in leading teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A proven track record of innovation and continuous improvement.
