About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Associate at Reed in Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of driving theory tests to candidates across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued.
  • Test Administration: Check candidates' ID documents, book them in on the system, and ensure the integrity and security of tests are maintained.
  • Invigilation: Supervise and invigilate tests, explaining the test process to candidates and supporting with other queries.
  • Test Centre Management: Review tests, test centre schedules, and perform daily opening and closing procedures to ensure the test centre runs efficiently.
  • Equality and Diversity: Ensure the test centre meets individual candidate needs in line with the Equality Act and our approach to diversity and inclusion.

Requirements
  • UK Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required (although driving will not be required for all locations).
  • Customer Service Experience: Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility in working hours and days, including evenings and Saturdays.
