**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Care Professional to join our team at SeeAbility in Henbury, Bristol.

The successful candidate will work closely with individuals with autism, supporting them to live independently and reach their full potential.

The estimated salary for this role is £23,400 per annum, based on a pro-rata calculation of £12.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Daily Living Tasks: Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
  2. Social Interaction: Develop positive relationships with individuals, understanding their needs and preferences.
  3. Goal Setting: Help individuals set and work towards personal goals, promoting independence and confidence.
  4. Community Engagement: Support individuals to engage with their local community, participating in social events and activities.
