About This Role
As a Care Professional with Home Care Direct, you will be supporting clients with daily activities such as shopping, cooking, and organisation. You will also accompany clients to social outings, including gigs and restaurants, and prepare meals together. Reliable transportation is required, as you will drive the client's automatic vehicle when working.

Requirements
This role requires reliability, compassion, and a commitment to long-term person-centred care. Previous experience in a care role or working with head injuries is welcomed but not essential. A full UK driving licence and ability to drive an automatic vehicle are necessary. Confident cyclists are also encouraged to apply, as you will accompany clients on bike rides.

You will receive comprehensive paid training to CQC standards, covering topics such as safeguarding adults, health and safety, first aid, and food hygiene. All training must be completed before your start date, with training hours paid at minimum wage. Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £13.50 per hour, with £11.44 per hour for sleeping hours. You will also receive enhanced bank holiday pay and a range of benefits, including a company pension scheme, ongoing support from a dedicated Regional Care Lead and Nurse, and access to 24/7 on-call support. In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through comprehensive paid training and career development opportunities.
