About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Concierge to join our team at Portico Corporate Reception Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high level of customer service to clients and their guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our luxury residential buildings, including handling guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with our clients and their teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their guests, building trust and loyalty.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and processes to improve the overall service experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury residential or hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their guests.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work varying shifts and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
