Job Summary:

Falmouth Fairfax Real Estate Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team in the London office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development cycle of high-end residential projects, from cradle to grave.

About the Role:

The Project Manager will contribute to the full 360 development process, including project planning, design, construction, and delivery. Developments will range from cut and carve, extension, and basement dig to refurbishment and new build, with construction costs between £5 million and £50 million.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the appointment of professional and contractor teams to take projects through design and delivery to FF&E completion and sale/lease.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • MRICS/MAPM preferable with a BSc in Project Management or related field.
  • Circa 5 years' experience in development, preferably within high-end/luxury residential projects valued between £5 million and £20 million.
  • Good experience in JCT contract setup, consultant and contractor team management, and leading the master programme and project through to completion.
  • Commercially astute with strong written, interpersonal, and time management skills.
