Travel Money Advisor Role

Are you passionate about helping customers achieve their travel goals? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a love for numbers? We're seeking a skilled Travel Money Advisor to join our team at Travelex.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency needs.
  • Provide expert advice on Travelex products and services to ensure customers have a seamless travel experience.
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Meet key performance goals, including procedural, operational, and customer-focused metrics.
  • Implement best practices in legal and regulatory standards, adhering to Travelex compliance procedures.
Requirements:
  • Numerical proficiency, with a strong grasp of numbers and attention to detail.
  • IT proficiency, with experience using computers and in-house till systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships.
  • Desire to succeed, with a drive to make a difference and deliver exceptional results.
