About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in London. As a key member of our Operations Services team, you will provide exceptional client service and support to our internal and external clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for answering calls, screening and redirecting them as necessary, managing meeting rooms, and tracking changes. You will also be responsible for setting up client meetings and events, processing mail, and assisting with various administrative tasks. If you have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Salary and Benefits
A competitive salary of £26,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid holidays.
