Job Summary

Canduct Industries Limited is looking for an Administrative Liaison to Production Team who will provide exceptional support to customers by ensuring their orders are processed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of production planning principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate customer records by updating account information in Visual ERP.
  • Processing customer orders efficiently by gathering data and inputting it into Visual ERP via purchase orders, customer bill of materials, and customer drawings.
  • Coordinating with Production Supervisors, lead hands, and Shipping department to ensure timely delivery of products.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Engineering or Business-related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in production planning.
  • Ability to read drawings is a significant asset.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 per annum.
