Responsibilities:

  • Safeguarding meeting minute-taking using a mobile device
  • Uploading minutes and documents to relevant systems
  • Distributing approved minutes to relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinating meeting venues and scheduling
  • Communicating with professionals and families regarding meetings
  • Managing the safeguarding coordination inbox
  • Transcribing meeting recordings into written minutes
  • Supporting the update of the Learning disability register

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Level 2/3 relevant qualification
  • Previous experience in business support or a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £28,000.
