About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Calibration Specialist to join our Calibration Maintenance team at Trescal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing torque tooling to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair torque tooling in line with OEM recommendations
  • Participate in customer surveillance and accreditation audits to improve maintenance and repair procedures
  • Develop and implement improvements to maintenance and repair schedules to increase tooling availability and efficiency
Requirements
  • Practical expertise and competence in assessing and repairing mechanical and electrical tooling
  • Working knowledge of PPMs (Predictive Maintenance Programs)
  • Technical qualification such as degree, HND, HNC, BTEC, or working towards
  • Good understanding of calibration and maintenance practices, procedures, and theories
  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage workload while meeting key performance indicators
