Facilities Maintenance Specialist

GXO Logistics Supply Chain Inc. is currently recruiting for a Facilities and Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Milton Keynes, supporting our customer Waitrose. As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and undertaking small project works as assigned while complying with appropriate Health and Safety procedures. This is a full-time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern of 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00. Your benefits package includes:

Effective upkeep and performance of mechanical and electrical equipment up to employee-trained competency level. You will also carry out small installations, including selection and quoting of materials, and utilize the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to support the smooth running of the operations. An engineering qualification such as City & Guilds, NVQ level 3 is essential, and previous experience in an apprenticeship in either mechanical or electrical engineering would be desirable.
