About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Calibration Engineer to join our Calibration Maintenance team based at a customer-embedded site in Broughton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining torque tooling in line with OEM recommendations and efficiently repairing tooling to increase tool availability to production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain torque tooling in accordance with OEM guidelines
  • Repair tooling to ensure optimal performance and availability
  • Participate in customer surveillance and accreditation audits
  • Improve maintenance and repair procedures and schedules to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • Practical expertise and competence in assessing and repairing mechanical and electrical tooling
  • Working knowledge of PPMs
  • Technical qualification such as degree, HND, HNC, BTEC, or working towards
  • Good understanding of calibration/maintenance practices, procedures, and theories
  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage workload while meeting key performance indicators
