Calor Gas, a leading energy company, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join their team in the UK. As a key member of the Customer Experience team, you will provide exceptional service to external customers via phone and written correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake initial risk assessments and make quick decisions to resolve customer issues
  • Work towards set quality standards, targets, and service levels
  • Maintain accurate records by logging and tracking all calls in the CRM system
  • Administer customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner to avoid re-work
  • Resolve customer complaints within given parameters and be aware of possible solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments as needed

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sense of ownership, and be well organized to work in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail and good IT skills will also be essential for this role.
