\u2022 Implement and manage a Master Production Schedule where required.

\u2022 Load the executable sales plan within the MRP system with Customer Services.

\u2022 Ensure daily planning activities are executed within service levels required by the business, with KPI-led metrics for planners and schedulers.

\u2022 Develop into and act as an MRP "super user" for the planning department.

\u2022 Run and develop reports to ensure MRP parameters are within policy.

Professional Requirements:

1. Proven ability to lead and execute SIOP.

2. Full understanding of MRP parameters and functionality.

3. Demonstrates solid analytical skills in forecasting and anticipating production needs and capabilities.

4. Proven ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations under pressure.

5. High competency level in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, as a minimum).

6. Experienced in works order control.

7. A proven understanding of traceability.

8. Representing the section at internal meetings and presenting planning performance achievements.

9. Continuous development of self.

10. Ability to lead projects and negotiate with cross-functional and cross-market teams.

11. Good business writing skills and ability to use networks to influence business activity and convince others.

12. Excellent interpersonal skills with good relationship building skills.

13. Ability to drive results and obtain information from a team.

14. A proven team player with creative problem-solving skills.

15. Ability to multi-task, proactive with good presentation skills and self-initiative.
