Job Title: International Expansion Leader

Amazon is seeking an experienced International Expansion Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Direct Fulfillment (DF) organization, you will be responsible for leading the expansion of our business into new markets, driving strategic growth initiatives, and developing high-value projects that improve customer experience and drive exponential growth of our International DF business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive expansion strategy for Amazon's Direct Fulfillment business into new markets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth initiatives, including program management, project development, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with Amazon's International Expansion team, DF Product team, and other stakeholders to develop the roadmap for DF expansion across marketplaces where DF is not yet launched.
  • Manage and mitigate operational risks, ensuring that all leading and lagging vendor metrics are met, including GMS, Expected Ship Date (ExSD), and Delivery Estimate Accuracy (DEA).
  • Launch large projects, driving innovation by taking ownership of new projects and delivering them with success across multiple functions, with safety, scalability, and sustainability in mind.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality.
  • Experience working with Amazon's Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT) team.
