About the Role


We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our EMEA team. This role involves supporting the development and delivery of strategic marketing messaging and positioning for our investment capabilities.


The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring clear alignment to the broader marketing strategy and corporate messaging, as well as contributing directly to business objectives across all relevant distribution channels and countries.


The role also involves working closely with the Product & Channel Marketing team to ensure the brand's content production reinforces marketing messages.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide strategic product marketing communications, positioning, and programmes/initiatives for our investment capabilities.
  • Facilitate buy-in, awareness, and understanding within the wider marketing team and across the business.
  • Assess emerging competitor positioning and approaches to ensure the brand is differentiated.
  • Lead by example and drive positive engagement throughout the team and broader marketing stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with distribution and investment leaders to understand business, product, and distribution strategy.
  • Proactively collaborate with the wider marketing team to help deliver on the broader marketing strategy and key global initiatives.
  • Serve as an expert and advocate for appropriate use of the brand and product messaging.

Requirements



  • Proven experience of investment management product knowledge within specific capabilities.
  • Client-focused and commercially driven with a strong understanding of financial drivers.
  • Strong reputation as a sophisticated product marketing expert.
  • Good project management skills with a track record of delivery.
  • Up to date on marketing and industry trends.
  • Data-driven and digital-first mindset.
  • Good influencing, collaborating, and stakeholder management skills.
