Long-Term Teaching Assistant Role for Year 3 Children

This teaching assistant job involves supporting a small group of Year 3 children in a primary school setting. The ideal candidate will have recent experience as an SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant in a primary school and possess strong communication skills. This is a long-term supply position commencing in November.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in the class under the direction of the class teacher.
- Maintain a tidy and organized classroom with accessible resources.
- Collaborate with other members of staff in the classroom and school.
- Support students on a whole class, small group, and one-to-one basis.
- Comply with the school's policies and implement effectively.
Requirements:
- Recent experience as an SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant in a primary school.
- SEND experience is desirable.
The salary range for this position is approximately £25,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
