Year 3 Teaching Assistant Role Overview

We are working with an excellent primary school in Enfield to find a talented Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team. As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant, you will provide valuable support to the Class Teacher, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing one-to-one support and assistance to students across Key Stage 2
  • Assisting the Class Teacher with lesson planning and delivery
  • Supporting students with mixed abilities, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Contributing to the overall well-being and happiness of students within the class
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in an education-related subject
  • Experience working with primary school children
  • Ability to provide one-to-one support and assistance to students
  • Confident and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
