Ambulatory Outreach Nurse

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our Neurology Team as a Patient Pathway Administrator. This role is crucial to the ongoing development of our service and requires excellent organizational and communication skills, preferably within the NHS.
Main Responsibilities- Liaise with staff and colleagues at all levels to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Utilize proven secretarial skills to prioritize and manage workload to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate initiative and flexibility in approach, with the ability to work in a pressurized and busy environment.
