Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Community Hepatology Nursing Team, working closely with our Nurse Manager and wider team to deliver high-quality care to patients with Hepatitis C across the Thames Valley Operational Delivery Network (ODN).

Main Duties
  • Deliver Hepatitis C management services in various settings, including testing campaigns, outreach clinics, GP surgeries, drug and alcohol services, mobile vans, and prisons.
  • Work with the community team to cover the Milton Keynes area of the Thames Valley region.
  • Develop and implement clinical pathways and services to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients with Hepatitis C.
