The successful candidate will be based in Woking, Surrey, and will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The salary for this position is estimated to be £24,000 - £28,647 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have experience of assessing adults in need of support around substance misuse and maintaining abstinence-based recovery. They will also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with adults experiencing multiple disadvantages.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing a comprehensive, inclusive, and bespoke Recovery Support Service, including advice and guidance to Forward Trust clients
  • Supporting with the organisation and smooth running of events and Forward reunions
  • Working with the communications team to research and write copy, new stories, and case studies for both internal and external audiences

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to develop links with relevant agencies, including residential rehabs, supported housing/housing providers, and other local organisations offering volunteering opportunities.
