About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team at Barclays Bank UK PLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and excellence in our digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Change Projects: Oversee the delivery of change projects that align with our strategic objectives, ensuring timely, within-budget, and compliant outcomes.
  • Develop Project Plans: Create and manage project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for change projects.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Effectively communicate with senior management, project teams, and external partners to ensure informed project progress and stakeholder needs.
  • Manage Project Teams: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring proper resourcing and necessary skills to deliver project objectives.
  • Manage Project Budgets: Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budgets.
  • Report Project Progress: Create reports on project progress to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of proposed solutions.
  • Manage Project Risks: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies as necessary.
  • Facilitate Change Management: Facilitate change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure successful project implementation and embedding.
Requirements
  • Financial Services Experience: Proven experience within Financial services (Risk, Finance, and/or Treasury domains) as a Business Analyst familiar with Agile and Lean principles and practices.
  • Technical Literacy: Technically literate with an innovative mindset.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to produce high-quality, well-structured, concise materials.
Desirable Skills
  • Regulatory Reporting Environment: Familiarity with the regulatory reporting environment impacting Treasury (e.g., BCBS239, BCBS248, BCBS368).
  • Agile Qualification: Recognized Agile qualification.
  • Business Analysis Qualification: Recognized Business Analysis qualification.
