Job Summary
The Design Manager will play a crucial role in leading and owning the design management process at MY Fab. This individual will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the production of high-quality design information from inception to final submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the design process, taking ownership of the design programme and documentation.
- Ensure the management and production of all design information, including attending and hosting design team meetings.
- Develop and implement BIM strategies and technologies to drive digital transformation in large organizations.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions across various sectors, including healthcare, leisure, commercial, public, and residential.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in the construction industry, leading digital transformation implementation and BIM strategy/technologies in large organizations.
- Experience working at project level and strategic level, with a strong understanding of BIM information management.
- Accredited BSi BIM information management professional is a plus.
- Experience working on off-site/modular projects is a plus.
