Senior Children's Support Worker

As a Residential Deputy Manager with Work With Vista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to children in a 3 bed home based in the Walton Vale area of Liverpool. Your primary objective will be to ensure the highest level of care and wellbeing for our residents, promoting their independence and self-esteem.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and a passion for working with children. A strong communicator, you will be able to build effective relationships with colleagues, families, and external agencies to ensure seamless support for our residents.
You will be responsible for:
- Implementing and managing care plans to meet the individual needs of each resident.
- Providing emotional support and guidance to children, promoting their physical and mental wellbeing.
- Coordinating and participating in ongoing assessments and reviews to monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Managing the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all residents and staff.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to senior management.
- Supervising and supporting staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide the highest level of care.
What We Offer:
