Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Partner Services Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will provide unparalleled support and foster collaborative relationships with our valued clients.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, complaints, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client matters, ensuring seamless transactions and exceeding client satisfaction.
- Process orders with precision and efficiency, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collect valuable feedback from clients to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- GCSE or equivalent grade A-C in math and English, showcasing a commitment to excellence in communication and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Outlook and MS Office (especially Excel), with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Aptitude to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, thriving in a collaborative team setting.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
As a Partner Services Executive at Origin Frames, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, contributing to the growth and success of our company.
