Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant

Job Details:
  • Position: Early Years (EYFS) Teaching Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Early Years educators to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
  • Implement innovative and resourceful teaching methods tailored to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Foster positive relationships with young learners, promoting their social and educational development.
  • Follow safeguarding procedures to ensure a safe and healthy Early Years setting.
  • Demonstrate a good sense of humor and effective communication skills with young children.
Requirements:
  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Childcare, Learning and Development or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards working with young children.
  • Passion for contributing to the highest quality education for Early Years students.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment checks, including a current DBS check registered to the update service.
