We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Nottingham - Thurland Street team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a team of fashion enthusiasts to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and order replenishment.
- Collaborate with the Territory Leader to identify opportunities to impact KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- You have previous store/deputy management experience and a track record of effectively leading and managing a team.
- You have a strong commercial acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
- You are a New Look brand adorer and have a history of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives.
- You have exceptional organizational skills to handle inventory management, stock control, and order replenishment efficiently.
