We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Nottingham - Thurland Street team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of fashion enthusiasts to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including inventory management, stock control, and order replenishment.
- Collaborate with the Territory Leader to identify opportunities to impact KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.
- Ensure a customer-obsessed atmosphere in the store, providing a shopping experience that helps customers express their individuality, personality, and unique style through fashion.
- Manage and develop a team who support one another and deliver a fun and engaging shopping experience.
- You have previous store or deputy management experience and a track record of effectively leading and managing a team.
- You have a strong commercial acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
- You are a New Look brand adorer and have a history of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives.
