We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Nottingham - Thurland Street team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of fashion enthusiasts to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team productivity.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and order replenishment.
- Collaborate with the Territory Leader to identify opportunities to impact KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.
- Ensure a customer-obsessed atmosphere is maintained throughout the store.
- You have previous store or deputy management experience.
- You have a track record of effectively leading and managing a team.
- You are a New Look brand admirer.
- You have a history of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives.
- You possess commercial acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and exceptional organizational skills.
