Internal Account Manager

We're seeking an experienced Internal Account Manager to join our team at The One Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional end-to-end account support to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide proactive account management to designated clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Process orders efficiently using our company systems, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage customer inquiries via email and phone, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Make outbound calls to clients, ensuring excellent communication and building trust.
- Process new product inquiries and quotations, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Maximize sales opportunities through strategic account planning and execution.
- Proven experience in a similar role, managing customer accounts and delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to client challenges.
