Job Summary:
Punch Pubs & Co is seeking a skilled Senior Application Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting business process applications. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure high-quality support for end-users.

About the Role:
This role involves maintaining and optimizing code, addressing and resolving bugs, monitoring system performance, and responding to requests from the Development Manager. Additionally, you will gather user feedback to enhance application functionality, prepare reports, and conduct development tests to ensure applications meet performance and reliability standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete the entire development cycle, including design, unit testing, user sign-off, documentation, training, and review.
• Ensure effective communication and management of delivery expectations with key stakeholders.
• Regularly review and progress developments according to agreed timelines with stakeholders.
