Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our care team as an Adult Healthcare Assistant in the Oswesty area. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, providing support with daily tasks, personal care, and medication management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing meals, drinks, and snacks for residents
  • Assisting with household and domestic duties
  • Providing personal care, including washing and dressing
  • Supporting with evening routines and medication administration
  • Focusing on resident wellbeing and delivering high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Mandatory Care Certificate (training provided)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Enhanced DBS (assistance provided)

Work Arrangements:

  • Multiple shifts available, including days, nights, and weekends
  • Hourly pay: £11.00
