Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Competition Law Associate to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and experience in competition law, with a focus on merger control, state aid, and behavioural investigations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of merger control notifications to regulatory authorities
  • Conduct research and analysis on competition law issues, including state aid and behavioural investigations
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers to develop and implement competition law strategies for clients
  • Provide advice to clients on competition law compliance and risk management

Requirements

  • Strong academic background in law, with a focus on competition law
  • Experience in competition law, preferably in a leading international law firm
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
