Job Opportunity at Harper James:

We are seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our team at Harper James, a national commercial law firm. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in phone-based sales or pipeline generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for new business opportunities.
  • Identify and generate new opportunities through proactive outreach to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain CRM management skills to ensure consistent data hygiene.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in phone-based sales or pipeline generation.
  • A desire to learn and develop through coaching and mentorship.
  • Ability to effectively manage a pipeline using a CRM system.
