Job Summary
">We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Professional to join our team and provide companionship and personal assistance to younger clients who require support with their daily activities. As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care that meets the individual needs of each client. This may include accompanying them on outings, engaging in hobbies and interests, and assisting with household tasks such as light housekeeping and meal preparation. Our Care Professionals are employed on a flexible hours contract, and we ask that they be available to meet the needs of their clients, which may include weekends and occasional evening and night work.
Requirements and Qualifications
">To be considered for this role, you will need to be a car driver and have a good understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion when working with vulnerable adults. You will also need to be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful, with excellent communication skills. A Level 2 or higher qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field would be advantageous but not essential. As a Care Professional, you will be required to undergo a DBS check and provide proof of identity and right to work in the UK.
Salary and Benefits
">The estimated salary for this role is around £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you excel in your role.
