We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Shift Leader to join our team. As a key member of our stock taking team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Deliver the end-to-end stock taking service
The shifts lengths vary, and we require flexible availability. You will be required to travel to a different client site each day and may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.
Requirements:- A Full Driving License
- Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings or night shifts
We offer a competitive salary of £11.50 per hour, plus £1.39 holiday pay, and a range of benefits including access to wages from 3 days after shift completion, immediate start, holiday pay, full time / permanent salaries available, ongoing training, progression opportunities, paid holiday, and overseas opportunities.
