Retail Shift Leader Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Shift Leader to join our team. As a Retail Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of stock counters and delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage teams of stock counters to ensure accurate and efficient stock taking
- Deliver the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites
- Work flexibly to meet the needs of our clients and our business
- Travel to different client sites each day
- Work unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts
Requirements:
- Full driving license
- Ability to manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and nights
