Retail Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Shift Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Deliver the end-to-end stock taking service
- Manage teams of up to 60 stock counters
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to travel to different client sites each day and may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.
Requirements:- A Full Driving License
- Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings or night shifts
- Flexibility to work up to 5 days in a 7-day working pattern
