**Your New Role**

You will be handling customer queries via phone, post, and email to ensure the best experience for our customers.

This involves resolving customer enquiries fairly and effectively, in a timely and accurate manner.

You'll also need to build valuable customer relationships by developing a solid understanding of customer and intermediary needs.

**What We're Looking For**

Our ideal candidate is process-driven and possesses a keen eye for detail.

They should be an excellent communicator capable of clearly presenting ideas to stakeholders.

A passion for customer service with a commitment to deliver on promises and go above and beyond for customers is essential.

Computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems and technologies are also required.

We provide full and ongoing training, so no prior experience is necessary.

**Benefits and Rewards**

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000-£24,000 per annum, plus an 8% bonus up to 16%.
