About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a 1st Line Customer Success Champion. This role is ideal for someone with a strong passion for delivering first-class customer service and a keen interest in the veterinary industry.

Job Summary: The 1st Line Customer Success Champion will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, answering inbound calls and emails, processing daily transfers, and making outbound calls to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls from clients and providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Processing daily IVC Pet Health Club transfers and ensuring accuracy.
  • Making outbound calls to check in with clients and offer support where necessary.
  • Managing healthcare plan price changes for practices and creating bespoke letters and emails.
  • Onboarding new clients, including sending contracts and setting up their accounts.
  • Updating internal and external training resources as required.
  • Managing customer feedback responses and system alerts.

Requirements:

  • A strong team player with a friendly and approachable nature.
  • Excellent IT skills, including a good knowledge of Excel.
  • A fast learner and problem solver.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An eye for detail and ability to work with multiple systems.
